they are good at saying the right things but implementation is lacking.

quality and customer oriented culture. celebrating achievements ( only for employees on higher levels).

That i am at least gaining some experience to use for my job searching.

The manager was asking relevant questions in a non-threatening way. the interview was held online due to Covid.
