Not being under pressure to complete something with unrealiatic expectations. Yiur time is valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is obviously the best part but the low healthcare costs are truly a blessing

They went out of thir way to make the interviews i did as convenient as possible
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make big efforts to know what "we" (the workers) want and are constantly evolving to meet those requests, inspire us to be involved and to grow from within.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extemely passionate about what they do and it shows. Most of us love our jobs and work very hard towards a common goal and is very fullfilling. You feel like you matter more than other jobs ive had.
