effort and results are often overlooked, while leadership favors hierarchy over merit. Lack of recognition, slow career growth, and uncompetitive compensation add to frustration.

Realistic and consistant expectations and better training opportunities for advancment within the company for those with the drive and desire to do so

Salaries are too low for NY/NJ area..

My coworkers should stop gossiping and focus on work. Office politics create a toxic environment and slow progress. To improve teamwork, we need clear communication, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. A culture of respect and efficiency will make collaboration smoother and more productive

BMW needs to fix its toxic culture by promoting open communication, inclusivity, and respect. Leaders must listen, value employees' contributions, and reduce hierarchy-driven arrogance.

Having better work environment and better equipment

Bullying should not be tolerated and this must be openly and consistently communicated from senior levels

Human Resources department need to get involved in employees dissatisfaction with department head specially when there is shown lack of respect by insulating the team and show no respect to all employees within the department
