BNSF Logistics – Recruiting has nothing to do with experience and knowledge, it is about clicks and relationships within the company, within employees. The first position I applied for left me hanging for over a month after 3 interviews, just to receive 2 rejection letters. I am blessed to be rejected from BNSF.
