Coaching my direct reports on different items and when the light clicks, knowing that I was able to provide perspective that helped them come to a solution.

The mindset from the entire team that they want everyone to succeed. There is friendly competition but we do have the mindset of winning and or losing as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy the transparency and how my manager walks me through his overall decision making process. Regardless of that outcome it allows me to gain valuable insight on how I can look at different topics in another way.
