I like working here because of the team i work in and the group my team is in but i still feel like other departments dont work well together. It seems with the new executive teams they've tried to rearrange groups but i dont see the benefit.

i feel i've always done more than what is expected of me and while i have received regular raises they have for the most part been incremental
