
Caring about the employees more, returning the benefits, and stop wasting the company money on foolish investments!!!
When I was interviewed many years ago the management team was great, now it is embarassing and they just hire almost anyone
They need to start at the top, cut out all the spending on wasteful promotional and menu items and then start hiring managers that actually care
The fact that some of the employees do care and try to do their jobs to the best of their ability, regardless of the lack of help or incentive from management
