Company concept is great. Management creates a toxic work environment, they do not manage to grow the employees or the benefit of the company. They manage to grow their careers while diminishing talented people and advancing undeserving employees to make themselves look good.

Hire people based on talent and credentials not personality alone.

Degrading and making fun of employees who have questions. No team mentality but rather look at me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less knowledgeable employees getting paid as much as senior members simply because we share the same title everyone's salary changed to be the same
