Bob's has an amazing culture, one that is built on the values of Honesty, integrity, transparency, safety, accountability, diversity and most importantly FUN! It's the people first mentality that make Bob's such a great place. we have fun every day and at all levels.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being part of a growing company that promotes from within, puts people first, and gives back to the communities and the employees in such a big way. I've personally witnessed the companies generosity in a time of need and for that, I am forever grateful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people I interviewed with all loved what they did, were genuine and wanted to know me as a person. I never felt that I had to prove why I would be worthy of a job, instead they were looking to see how I would fit in...
What are some of the best things about your team?
The investment Bob's has made in technology is amazing. we are enabled and work efficiently as a team and are always looking at other ways to stay ahead. Bob's embraces collaboration and our teams although spread across the US, never feel like we are working in silos.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bob's is competitive and rewards you for the work you do, not the hours you work. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the employees are taken care of and offer amazing benefits to both FT and PT associates. Over the last 7 years, they have covered any increases in the cost of benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is unlike any I have worked for. They are available, know people at all levels by name, spend more time with associates on the floor than behind closed doors. You have a voice at Bob's and you are treated like a customer, with honest, integrity and transparency. I love Bob's
