The outlet manager Ed intimidates everyone becayse if his horrible attitude. All the workers are afraid to ask for help and clam up when he is nearby. He creates a very hostile work enviornemt. Ive never seen a manager ir someone of high posituon be rude to a nice loyal costumer before.
