What is the best part about your compensation package?

My IVF benefits. Not many companies offer such a benefit, as well as adoption assistance too.

Sick leave and medical are taken care of

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher pay, better 401k match, and 100% covered insurance

Health Insurance is too expensive. Out-of-pocket is too high. Offer an HMO plan.

Raises are minimal, pay is capped, and after deductions I am left with a lower than poverty wage.
