What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everybody seems to enjoy each other company, but the communication system is non existent therfor drivers and staff do not know anything until the last minute , which puts us in a bad place as for making plans for family events or daily activities , its hard to work the unknown

It's not really positive but also not really negitive other than the wage stuff

People are allowed to do their jobs.

Nothing at all this is a stressful job

You can come to someone with an issue and they will do their best to fix it.

The people make it worth it

People are genuinely respectful of one another

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Well defined responsibilities and rules being enforced
