They allow people to do their jobs without micromanaging.
They don’t communicate with there employe
The people are great and the work is manageable
Ethical, open door (truly!), down to earth, listens
everything to do with people and how to run facilities. higher people that have experience and stop promoting in house.
Everything that they do needs to improve
The need to do their jobs and take better care of their people. They pay so low their employees need food stamps and other gov programs to survive while they make millions a year.
Work as a team member
My IVF benefits. Not many companies offer such a benefit, as well as adoption assistance too.
Sick leave and medical are taken care of
Higher pay, better 401k match, and 100% covered insurance
Health Insurance is too expensive. Out-of-pocket is too high. Offer an HMO plan.
Raises are minimal, pay is capped, and after deductions I am left with a lower than poverty wage.
If they were to get rid of the manager
I like the energy a lot of my coworkers bring. Even though I am not on a "team"
Everyone is in it to help each other out.
We like to work together.
They work very well together
Employees truly want to see each other succeed; proactive in helping out; act with integrity - live the company values
Everybody come together as one
Everybody seems to enjoy each other company, but the communication system is non existent therfor drivers and staff do not know anything until the last minute , which puts us in a bad place as for making plans for family events or daily activities , its hard to work the unknown
It's not really positive but also not really negitive other than the wage stuff
People are allowed to do their jobs.
Nothing at all this is a stressful job
You can come to someone with an issue and they will do their best to fix it.
Well defined responsibilities and rules being enforced
My initial interview consisted of a phone call asking if I could start on Monday. I had no interview
Walking the site before starting.
I got the job. No surprises.
Nothing at all I wouldn't recommend a homeless man here
The challenging work and the paycheck
When I am getting done and heading home.
Payday. Followed by days off.
Daily nap time is wonderful.
Variety of tasks and activities; autonomy to do my job; support and budget for my professional development
The manager doesn't know how to talk to people and treat people right
The culture is great and the co workers make it even better
