everything to do with people and how to run facilities. higher people that have experience and stop promoting in house.
Everything that they do needs to improve
The need to do their jobs and take better care of their people. They pay so low their employees need food stamps and other gov programs to survive while they make millions a year.

Higher pay, better 401k match, and 100% covered insurance
Health Insurance is too expensive. Out-of-pocket is too high. Offer an HMO plan.
Raises are minimal, pay is capped, and after deductions I am left with a lower than poverty wage.
