Stop spending money on Corporate Travel on private aircraft. Follow your own company policy on the travel policy.
Promises are almost never kept. Do more for less is the expectation. Meanwhile corporate salaries, stock options and bonus are absurd.
If I were given a raise that I was promised two years ago, it would be nice. It would also be nice if I asked for my vacation time to be used, that they would use it instead of putting me in as sick, at the last minute.
Entry level employees seem to have no say in decision making. All decision have to move up the chain; there is no empowerment of the employee.
The department needs further training as a team and whole.
Give us windows to the outside world.
