What makes you most happy at work?The residents of the facility.
What do you like best about the leadership team?We have had a few excellent leaders, but they never stay long because they are overworked and don't feel supported by home office.
What did you like most about the interview process?It was simple. But, it didnt need to get rushed from them being desperate for employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have not had a performance review in almost three years or a raise in almost three years, although the cost of living has gone up considerably in this city.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Actually communicate and log properly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Less drama and properly communicate on charts and take incidents seriously
