- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The inflation rate is rocketing high in Amsterdam, I am paying half of my pay in rent very small things, for an instance travel card, most of the companies have it for free and we need to pay 116 euros every month Insurance, why can company pay on our behalf
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If the payscales were the same in Amsterdam and in Manchester for each role. Using 'cost of living' salary is no longer a reasonable excuse to have the same role paid differently based on country of residence/cost of living.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better base pay. I've been with the company for over 8 years and if I were to change employer, I would be paid so much more. But I like Booking, and I know my built up knowledge and experience is worth a lot, especially when people come and go within the department.
