Close the distance between employees and managers. I haven't heard from my direct manager in months, yet this means I have no awareness of my progress or quality of work, nor do I have any managerial support. Make office rules similar/identical across state lines. Be transparent about where teams are and what they are responsible for. Address office gossips, those who can't work as a team and think they can only get ahead by tearing others down.

We have a great culture at Booksy. As we grow, it just adds to the diverse personalities we have here and the amount that we need to make work when mixed together. Our growth is to be applauded, but does come with challenges.

Teach people how to be enthusiastic towards new solutions. Not everybody is up for changes and this does not contribute to the general goal of the company which is in fact "change of social practices".
