The people. I cannot stress this enough. We are heard, listened to, supported and made to feel like we are important and not just another number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. I find myself surrounded by a lot of like-minded individuals who are all working towards a common goal of making Booksy better both internally and extrernally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team listens to what we have to say giving our feedback validity. They also allow us to work autonomously which is HUGE. Having trust in us to do our jobs makes coming to work a whole lot easier.
What makes you most happy at work?
The trust that my manager has in me to make smart and important decisions is truly what makes me get out of bed each day and come to work. I feel inspired by my work and enjoy the different hats I get to wear and projects I get to work on.
