What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We all feel supported, and management is very transparent with us about the company's direction.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was more of a conversation and an education than an adversarial process. The interviewers clearly wanted me to succeed.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The sales commissions are considerably higher than in other companies, there are no chargebacks, and there are residuals which enable veteran agents to be receive annual pay increases.

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing that I am contributing to the well-being of an under-served community. I am providing education that is not otherwise being provided, in addition to being very well compensated for it.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is very transparent with us, has an open door policy, and always makes us feel supported. They are committed to providing all of the tools necessary for us as employees to be successful.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone I have met here at Boost is incredibly helpful and willing to be there to help their peers be successful. Obviously everyone is here to make money for themselves, but the willingness to help others is an attitude that clearly has been fostered by the leadership.
