I would say the leadership has a bit of a disconnect with departments, a lot of inefficiencies/disorganization in the back office that leads to problems that probably could have been avoided with forethought. The departments could also spend a little more time communicating. Over all good company!

Everyone hear is the warm and welcoming type, you won't really catch any bad or disgruntled personalities here.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive team is good, at times can come off like a bit of a boys club. But, they do care about their employees. Little bit of communication issues as to what the other departments are doing but over all the CEO guides the ship very well.
