I get feedback fairly frequently in my position. I meet with my supervisor once a week to go over what I'm doing and get feedback on everything. Most of the time it's a casual meeting where you go over your work and talk about how you're doing, what your struggle points are, and what you can do to improve.
It's the BEST! I've never worked for a company like Boostability. There is almost always an avenue to leave feedback for anyone. If you see a problem with management or with the company, Boostability will always address your concerns. Sometimes you're even rewarded for your feedback.
There is a suggestion box, a monthly AMA (Ask Me Anything) with execs and a clearly defined process for communicating with managers, team leads and HR.
I feel like the feedback provided for management tends to either not be presented or is presented and then we hear nothing in response.
The supervisor does 1 on 1's every 2 weeks, and the feedback is never negative, just always more about how you can improve
Wide variety of well-communicated avenues to give feedback and ask questions. Responses are addressed publicly, where appropriate, in quarterly meetings.
I believe a survey is sent out every year to our partners and clients. I'm not sure about this though.
Progressively improving with CSR processes but not so much with technical/LaunchPad processes.
You can walk right up to the CEO if you want!
It is very straightforward and easy to leave feedback.
Great! I always can get answers to my questions.
There is not a very good one.
