    Depending on your department, not common at all. Most departments hire according to their work needs and layoffs don't happen because they are overstaffed. If a layoff happens it's usually because the employee was not behaving in an ethical way.

    They have had many layoffs in 2024 as they switch to AI content and lost their biggest partner Thryv. There was a big one affecting over 100 employees in November

    There have been many layoffs over the last 5 years. Recently they cut everyone salary, but left execs making $300k year.
