Hard-working but fun! Great mixture of techies, skaters, and designers.

They need to be effective and decisive in a timely manner. The CEO needs to learn how to listen to others that are more educated on the team.

Really cool combination of creative, technical, and action-oriented people

CEO doesnt listen to anyone else. CEO has not effectively raised money. HR is poor.
CEO is not listening to others. HR is not effective. Teams are note empowered.
