Best company I ever worked for

Not the best work environment

Horrible place to work discrimination

Its a click at the Deptford store if upper management don't like you then you don't move up even tho you are better qualified for the position. They tell you we feel so and so was given the position because we feel she is a better fit, in the sentence they say and we know you can help her.

Very professional, very business oriented

I enjoy their ability to consider employee needs. No matter the situation, if a hardworking employee needs help or is struggling with life, the Boscov's management team is their to ensure the safety and happiness of everyone.

Be more courteous to the employees

Promoting the proper employee for position! If your an assist. manager in a dept. for many years why would you give the managment position to someone who never worked in that dept. stating they are better qualified. I think not. She has no clue how the dept even flows.

I get paid a reasonable amount.

I am doing the dept manager job and getting pais assist manager pay. My manager has no clue what she is doing

Team work, department managers commuincate better than the store manager, and they dont try to run everyone elses department.

Our team specializes in finishing a job. Whether on the sales floor or in the LP office, our entire team is devoted to creating a profitable work environment while also producing fantastic relationships among each other.

All members very hardworking at work

When i get off of work. I count down the seconds as soon as i clock in.
