  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health benefits are tremendous, especially for families. Lots of perks in the package on top of a very fair salary.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Learning environment, constant growth. Unlimited room for improvement, feel like there's so much to learn, so many dots to connect. Working for a consulting firm has shown me how unique our roles are, and the unique opportunity to create impact, add value
  • What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to deal with some of the biggest problems in the world and solve them collaboratively with our smart internal teams and fantastic clients.

Constructive Feedback From Boston Consulting Group Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I moved from a billable to a support position within the firm, recognition is definitely less visible than for Consultants/KT, and making cases for compensation increase or promotions is much harder than in billable roles.

    Higher compensation at junior levels

To reach this goal, BCG will take significant action to reduce its footprint and neutralize its remaining climate impact by investing in leading-edge carbon removal projects.

We work with our clients by focusing on six core areas: • Sustainable strategy and transformation • Decarbonization • Sustainable operations • Food and nature-based solutions • Green technology • Finance and investing.
