Our bonus structure is unfair and is given according to title. As a result we are top heavy in managers, SR etc whom are only promoted in order to be able to participate in a greater bonus. It should be a flat rate across the board

I have been doing the job of several positions for the past 2 years. I was put in my position to do what I was hired for but continue to do the work of several and manage a department on my own. Not once I have been compensated for that.
I score well an ms+. Still no raise.

Positions need to be reviewed to determine the best teams that should be working together. Departments need to be reviewed for restructuring.
