What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to managers problems at all levels. Understand that no one is perfect. Appreciate and point out good instead of always being focused on the negative. We all hear what we did wrong every day instead of trying to be positive. People that care really get hurt and upset if all they hear is bad.

Building a strong foundation. Stop micro managing everything and let people do there jobs.

Having a better system for outsourcing employees. Motivate salaried employees with positive reinforcement not constant negativity and unrealistic goals. Be more hands on and have the ability to execute the role of a GM before they hold people to standards they themselves can't hold or live by.

They really need to get on the same page with each other. As well as, learn to not pick favorites. Not to mention, the training process should be overall the same for every position throughout the company. I know all these things SHOULD already be expected, but from an insider, they're not.
