We need to look at the resources we have at the Support Center. People are not aligned correctly. We have great people that could partner up as a team but the suggestions go ignored. Promotions are not given out fairly. HR is corrupt and no one trusts them.

Management in different department allow working from home but other teams are restricted from doing that. The rules for all the departments need to be aligned.

Menu changes - we find out from food distributor what is being dropped. PCB audits- auditors are changing/making standards from what in handbook or elsewhere. Bonus - some goals set are very unrealistic in certain areas and just slipped through an "bonus plan" update e-mail.
