Having a better system for outsourcing employees. Motivate salaried employees with positive reinforcement not constant negativity and unrealistic goals. Be more hands on and have the ability to execute the role of a GM before they hold people to standards they themselves can't hold or live by.

We need to look at the resources we have at the Support Center. People are not aligned correctly. We have great people that could partner up as a team but the suggestions go ignored. Promotions are not given out fairly. HR is corrupt and no one trusts them.
