I always knew what was happening AND what was happening next. They keep in touch with you throughout, they tell you both if you did or did not get the position, and when they say they want to reconnect in the future, they mean it, and they care.
It was quick and efficient. All in-person interviews were scheduled in one day so you didn't need to come back multiple times.
