Review from Marketing Dept

There's a lot of awesome grassroots effort to grow and evolve the culture at Bounteous, and the leadership team is accessible, willing, and eager to listen to ideas. They're as available to get to know as any other team member.

They listen to our feedback and take action to proactively and reactively improve our company culture. Their focus on their employee's well-being and work-life balance are truly unmatched.

Review from Marketing Dept

They are very cooperative and love their work very much.

They are experienced, open and collaborative. They passionately support our us while setting the our sites high - to be the pre-eminent firm in our field, to have a people friendly culture and to do great work for our clients.

They are extremely open and friendly! Always willing to have open discussions and openly look to their employees for ideas on how to improve both the business and company culture.

Executive leadership is transparent and forward looking. Looking to empower all team members and receptive to numerous ideas and opinions.

The executive team is smart, compassionate, and transparent.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not putting people in management roles who don't know what they are doing. Also, the constant political messaging coming from the new "diversity officer" is really distracting and inflammatory. Focus on the work and less on "culture."
