What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are meetups where you can feel positive vibes and share ideas or thoughts, and different slack channels where you can post pictures of your kids or pets or share any thoughts.
flexible working hours wfh or in office.
That's the thing- they shove "positivity" down your throat. Everything is always great and watch out if you have an issue or a question. They pretend they want you to speak your mind, but if it's not positive, they don't be want to hear it.
There are just such great people here. And many have been here for 5+ years and are excited about new people, very welcoming, and fun to get to know. There are several I hang out with outside of work at trivia, happy hours, meetups, etc.
We foster an environment of diversity and inclusion where people are truly encouraged to bring their best true self to work each day.

Everything is beautiful in the company there is nothing specific.
People freely share their knowledge and time to support others. Successes are celebrated and the focus is on learning and improving when the results are not perfect.
They are supportive of their employees not only as workers but as people. They genuinely care about their employees well being and happiness. Plus, beer Friday and monthly happy hours don't hurt either. Did I mention unlimited WFH?
Everyone is given the tools and time to do a great job.
State of the art equipment, beautiful office space, flexibility to work remotely, and free Friday lunches.
