What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuinely good people who care about their employees and want to do what is best for people

Leadership team is very supportive and transparent. They care about team members.

They seem to be solving issues as they come.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not putting people in management roles who don't know what they are doing. Also, the constant political messaging coming from the new "diversity officer" is really distracting and inflammatory. Focus on the work and less on "culture."
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is salary, paid day offs.
Regular raises and take as you go time off.
Great healthcare and great benefits, also 100% covered healthcare!

We have insanely good benefits. We're paid fairly, but on top of it, the company takes PTO needs seriously (managers will remind you if you haven't taken some in a while!) and our benefits offerings are truly second to none.
My salary is above industry standards and we have an amazing health care plan that almost essentially costs me nothing monthly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is at the very bottom of my position's salary range and there has been no option for promotion and raises have been small or none. I would feel better if I was compensated for my merit and my experience.
Increase to what the market is paying 25-40%

Salary could be higher. Would enjoy greater bonus pay structure for hard work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are talented, hard-working, really good at their jobs, and good people overall.
We have a highly talented team that is taken advantage of by an abusive and out of touch business hierarchy.
Our team is very supportive and open to any suggestions and opinions.
Constantly learning from each other.
I have the chance to work with the most talented and knowledgeable people in our industry, it's a team of cooperative problem solvers that constantly force you to learn and get out of your comfort zone.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A collaborative process needs to come from management. There are some smart people here, but a lot of people think this is high school instead of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are meetups where you can feel positive vibes and share ideas or thoughts, and different slack channels where you can post pictures of your kids or pets or share any thoughts.

That's the thing- they shove "positivity" down your throat. Everything is always great and watch out if you have an issue or a question. They pretend they want you to speak your mind, but if it's not positive, they don't be want to hear it.
There are just such great people here. And many have been here for 5+ years and are excited about new people, very welcoming, and fun to get to know. There are several I hang out with outside of work at trivia, happy hours, meetups, etc.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Take home project and meeting with interviewers.
The process has changed considerably since I started.
Everyone seemed smart and friendly and inclusive.
Being tested on my abilities with the software I work with.

I always knew what was happening AND what was happening next. They keep in touch with you throughout, they tell you both if you did or did not get the position, and when they say they want to reconnect in the future, they mean it, and they care.

What makes you most happy at work?
Learning from my colleagues they are intelligent
I am learning and growing every day by solving different challenges.
Solving unique challenges and learning.
I wish I could feel like we give 100 percent to our clients but it seems like it's more about show than following a process and allowing employees to use their experience and expertise.
The people. We work hard, all of us, but we also check in with each other, chat on the side, connect over common interests. We have slack channels for just about everything, my favorite is Donut Buddies, where you get to connect with folks outside of your department who you may not know otherwise.
