I came to Bounteous through an acquisition and have found in my time here that the people who work at Bounteous are talented and really great to work with. The leadership keeps growing through acquisition and then doing a poor job of integrating companies.

They are genuinely good people who care about their employees and want to do what is best for people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is at the very bottom of my position's salary range and there has been no option for promotion and raises have been small or none. I would feel better if I was compensated for my merit and my experience.
