Leadership treats everyone like adults, there is no micromanaging. The company goals are clearly outlined and communicated, leadership is easily accessible.

Great healthcare and great benefits, also 100% covered healthcare!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super collaborative, nice, and accepting. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make people feel welcomed. Outside of that, they are some of the top people in their fields.

They are supportive of their employees not only as workers but as people. They genuinely care about their employees well being and happiness. Plus, beer Friday and monthly happy hours don't hurt either. Did I mention unlimited WFH?
