Everyone who works at Bounteous is smart, kind, willing to teach, and eager to learn. People are flexible, too, and supportive if you want to dip your toe into a different department or try your hand at something new.
Everyone is super collaborative, nice, and accepting. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make people feel welcomed. Outside of that, they are some of the top people in their fields.

A collaborative process needs to come from management. There are some smart people here, but a lot of people think this is high school instead of work.
