What are some of the best things about your team?
I was friends with all of my former co workers. We all worked together and helped one another. And we all became very close.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is negative. The favoritism needs to stop. And talking badly about their employees should stop. Or at least make sure that they don't find out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was instantly hired. I was super excited and loved my job for about a year and a half. The last six months were the worst.
