What makes you most happy at work?Interaction with the members was always wonderful.
What are some of the best things about your team?Respect and kindness were displayed daily.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Compensation met my financial needs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? It needs consistency in communication.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Honesty upfront about the working conditions and lack of funding. It's very little pay for the physical and emotional commitment that the job requires.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The pay needs to be even out. Right now the people doing the bulk of the work are paid less than 10 an hour. Mandatory coperate shananigans should be scheduled around the work and employees, not around a CEOs vacation People on the corporate end need to be held accountable
