Joined as an apprentice and have made a fair amount of good friends, the job itself is rewarding with opportunities often, i have not taken these opportunities due to being an apprentice but have been able to build confidence to persue these roles later on in my career

Seeing a customer satusfied with mine or anothers service

Recently having access to shares has given me the ability to save much more effectively helping me achieve better standings sooner

The group like nature of the team is brilliant as it really does feel like you can trust anyone and not feel let down while also having a laugh
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very friendly environment and i did not feel as if it was a formal session and more of a chat which made the whole process easy to navigate
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that it is less of a manager and more like a mate who just tells you to do things every so often, as they will often help or be doing similar tasks the hierarchy does not feel heavily applied meaning we can enjoy working without feeling pressured
