Very friendly and approachable always helpful
We all work well together
Open, transparent, informative, want to share successes and challenge the norm. Forward thinking with solid SMART objectives who cares for their colleagues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything they do zero capability
Communication. Basic managerial skills would be a benefit too.
Leading by example. People managment
Getting to know staff, better and treating them with more dignity and respect and get rid of the egos and bullies

What is the best part about your compensation package?
i dont think we get a fair compensation package

Fair in the current marketplace
Awesome Pension, Great life insurance and Bupa. Performance related bonuses.
great extended benifits and good discount available
I receive bonus every year and a great pension
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get paid a responable living wage
A decent living wage so I could support my family.
We are the unseen and the overworked ans underpaid. We have no voice. The foroms we have to use are not for free speech. Pay us so we can as full time working adults support ourselves so we dont also have to rely on benefits and breakfast clubs.
Higher pay for extra work, more years at the company should get paid higher
to be paid in line with other retail employes
What are some of the best things about your team?
Reliability, encouragement, team work, praises, helpful.
Interactive and open with collaborative teams
the co workers can be quite fun to work with and is the only reason i havnt quit

Freedom to do what you do best and allowed the space to grow as an individual
The local management and people
People focused and plenty of well being check ins to ensure all is well.
The floor staff. That's it.

Good interviewer and explained the company values to ensure I was a good fit

Actually find out a person's suitability. Don't just hire the people that turn up

Team work, supportive colleagues, supportive management, encouragement and reliability

More staff needed. Better training for new starters
