What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was 7 years ago and it was a 2 part interview one-to-one and a interactive group interview. it was made fun and relaxing . I thought this was great as the Interviewwer got to see more of the real you not the over curated version put on to perform.

It was a very friendly environment and i did not feel as if it was a formal session and more of a chat which made the whole process easy to navigate
Open and relaxing but not the workplace experience

Taking time to actually talk and I tract not just tick boxes
The feedback was constructive and fair. From start to finish it took about 2 weeks so a quick turnaround.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually find out a person's suitability. Don't just hire the people that turn up
