The fact that it is less of a manager and more like a mate who just tells you to do things every so often, as they will often help or be doing similar tasks the hierarchy does not feel heavily applied meaning we can enjoy working without feeling pressured

Communication. Basic managerial skills would be a benefit too.

Getting to know staff, better and treating them with more dignity and respect and get rid of the egos and bullies
