I've worked at a few different types of companies, from very, very large to very small. BQE is more like a family. Even though we have about 75 people in this office, it has a real family feel. There's never any feeling of people trying to step over you to climb the corporate ladder.

It's a bright, clean and cheery work environment. Beautiful building with lots of amenities like a gym, steam showers an stocked kitchen.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very personable. It wasn't just about qualifications, but included time to really talk about my life goals, learn more about the company and how I might fit in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many Happy Hours on Fridays help form solid relationships between all members of the company. The CEO and management team are always talking about the company's purpose and how each person has an important role in our success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is truly a team player. When we come up to deadlines, people volunteer to pitch in and help if someone's work is incomplete. People never feel threatened and when they see room for improvement know they can talk honestly to their manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone on the management team is approachable. Open-door policy is real and every manager is a champion for every member of their team. There are no winners and losers at BQE. Everyone is coached and mentored to be successful and challenged in their work.
