Best Company in the region, but does not satisfy the financial growth of its young employees. It provides best exposure to its employees to handle critical situations as well as leading things. The company has really a great future ahead.

Totally Technical type round from the initial round which is screening test.

Employee provident fund, Bonus, Budget funds for employees to encourage their performance by monthly cash awards and certificates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Completed nearly 3 years in this company, and I am still getting salery of only 24000/- Inr which means on $334 usd only. too much less financial growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
New releases and adding new features to the products so that they get day by day more stronger and beautiful aaplication, so that whole world recognise it as best application of project managment/billing/accounting/etc.
