Learnt alot of things, I believe learning is a part of work, but here in BQE we all from all departments/teams are like a family, all workers are helpful to eachother. I prefer BQE Software to be best Company in kashmir.

Totally Technical type round from the initial round which is screening test.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Completed nearly 3 years in this company, and I am still getting salery of only 24000/- Inr which means on $334 usd only. too much less financial growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
New releases and adding new features to the products so that they get day by day more stronger and beautiful aaplication, so that whole world recognise it as best application of project managment/billing/accounting/etc.
