Being paid more and having an easier time of being able to do my jobs. Sometimes internal tools and processes get in the way of effective work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary wise, I feel like I am at the low end compared to what other businesses pay. Additional products and increased earnings should translate to higher pay, in my opinion
