Our 401k is the best compensation considering retirement is extremely important.

Everyone is very friendly and we all get along with eachother.

everyone is easy to speak to and we treat each other as equals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that make this place run like clockwork. That would be the whole team.

Retirement is important to me, i'm getting old. I love the fact that 401k is offered as our future is never guaranteed.

Every month we have a 1 hour gathering inhouse and play social games to get to know and have laughs with each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
That i don't have to take home with me and this is stressed by upper mgmt to leave work at work when we go home.

There's always someone to turn to if you need any question answered. We win customer service awards and are extremely proud of them which is dictated by the great work my team puts out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i like the fact that we are treated with high amounts of respect for the knowledge we contain. I also like the fact that any issue we have with clients or otherwise are handled in a professional manner.

I like best that they make us feel like we are all part of the same team. The relationships we have are more family-like than just being an acquaintance. This is what i value more than any other aspect at BQE because it makes it easy to come into work every morning.
