The employee-centric aspects of the culture. It's like a big family. There are a lot of employee perks that help boost morale.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard and also have great rapport with another. I've probably gotten a good laugh at least once a day, so far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat their employees like partners and valued members of the organization. Their open door policy is great because it allows us to get to know them better and even learn from them. They are very amicable.
