Management is completely out of touch with the front-line staff, which is really unfortunate because they do really good recovery work.

Toxic - not somewhere anyone needs to work unless they can ignore daily the verbal abuse and disrespect from coworkers and supervisors.

What can this brand most improve?

Address systemic corruption and condescending coercive culture towards patients. This operation serves as an example of a toxic example of empowering staff that is poorly focused and prepared to address the needs of health care professionals. Amateur rating at best. Seek recovery help elsewhere.
