Quick, basic to the point

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Undervalued, ignored, treated as a problem if try to address issues. Upper mgmt just wants to be left alone. You are on your own with no support but dont reach out because retailiation will come. Miserable environment can't enforce basic rules

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The middle mgmt that actually works the floor with employees & customers have no support. The hands of most are tied by GM and discipline is not imposed on employees. Makes miserable environment and the role flips and employees have all the leverage with no consequences

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My co workers all subordinates. I need to have upper mgmt support instead of cutting my throat. Try to impose basic rules like coming to work on time, no profanity, get off cell phone - basics but the employees do as please because they know no consequences. Makes you feel foolish
